To keep the service stable and fair for everyone, these limits apply. They are not a paywall — just a safeguard so one account cannot overwhelm shared infrastructure.

5 organizations per account

Each registered user can create or belong to up to 5 organizations.

20 surveys per organization, per month

Each organization can create up to 20 surveys per calendar month. Existing surveys are unaffected.

Daily AI usage limit

AI survey drafts and AI response summaries have daily generation limits per account to keep API costs fair.

Administrators can adjust limits on request. Contact us if you need more.
